Pricing questions
Do residents pay anything?
No. The subscription is paid by the community. Residents use the web portal and the iOS and Android apps for free.
Can we start with only some modules?
Yes. Every module can be switched on or off for your community, and for residents you can choose what they see, for example their own bills but not the union's cash ledger.
Can residents pay online by card?
Not yet. Today residents pay the way they already do, by bank transfer or cash, and report the payment in Bina Board for the union to confirm. Online card payments are on our roadmap.
