Billing, payment claims and receipts
Automatic monthly bills, payment reporting with slip upload, union verification and numbered receipts.
Double-entry accounting
General ledger, financial reports and budgets, plus 1C-compatible and Mollak-style CSV exports.
Operations
Tickets, amenity booking, visitors, staff rosters, assets, vendors and the community calendar.
Governance
Proposals, resident voting, certified resolutions and meeting minutes.
Notifications by email and in the app
Every resident has a notification centre, and notices are also sent by email.
iOS and Android apps
Available on the App Store and Google Play for union admins, residents and vendors.
Coming next
Online card payments
Paying bills and booking fees by card, through local payment providers in each market. Until then, residents report bank transfer and cash payments for the union to confirm.
SMS and push alerts
Urgent notices sent by text message and as phone notifications, in addition to email and the in-app notification centre.
Sign-in with a phone number
Signing in with a mobile number and a one-time code, alongside today’s email and password.
Live updates
Screens that refresh on their own as payments and tickets change. Today every page shows the latest data when it is opened.
Direct Mollak and 1C connections
Sending data straight to these systems. Today Bina Board exports files in their standard formats.
More staff roles and a resident directory
Separate permissions for accountants, concierges and property managers, a resident directory, bulk import of buildings, and account credit for overpayments.
